For 14 days, you step into a guided Ayurvedic rhythm of morning practices, supportive therapies, structured meals, practical learning, and shared reflection. Designed as both a lifestyle and learning experience, the program helps you understand Ayurveda through direct experience rather than theory.

Structured sessions on prakriti, vikriti, agni, dietary logic, daily routine, herbal reasoning, and therapeutic principles.
A guided daily yoga and paranayam session integrated into each day with movement, breath, and awareness.
Daily restorative therapies that support balance and healing through personal experience.
Apply Ayurvedic principles through real-life examples and personalized lifestyle discussions.
Experience foundational therapies through supervised peer practice and demonstration.
