Payment & Refund Policy
Clear and simple booking guidelines
We’re happy to confirm your treatment booking with a simple process:
- To secure your spot: Please pay 25% of the total amount in advance. This helps us prepare everything, especially for you.
- Upon arrival: The remaining 75% can be paid upon arrival, before the commencement of treatments.
In Case You Need to Cancel:
- If you cancel at least 1 month before your scheduled start date, we’ll give you a full refund of the advance.
- If there’s less than a month left, we won’t be able to offer a refund, as we’ve already taken steps to accommodate you.
The payment will reflect in your account in 5 to 7 working days.
